“Town Hall” Meeting for You, Me, & OCPD #5

Hello All!

This event is open to our more regular attendees (honestly, anyone with 3+ sessions under their belt qualifies in my book).

This meeting will be recorded for my personal notes (don’t worry, it won’t be released publicly) so that I have an anonymized summary of all the discussions and decisions we have. For the integrity of voting on Proposals, we ask that attendees use their first name and last initial and be identifiable via camera or an audio check-in.

For this Town Hall, if you’d like to submit a Proposal for consideration, you can do so on our Town Hall channel on Discord. In the future we’ll have a Google Form so that this process is as accessible as possible.

The general overview for our Town Hall Meetings will be to discuss/examine/explore:

• Explore possible solutions for recording/summarizing the regular discussion topic meetings while maintaining anonymity
• Review current donations total and discuss how resources can be allocated
• What’s working/not working well and how we can improve it
• Longer-term plans and ambitions
• Open up the floor for feedback/questions from other community members
