“Town Hall” Meeting for You, Me, & OCPD #6

Hello All!

Welcome to our Town Halls meetings! These meetings are different from our twice-monthly topic discussion meetings and exist to facilitate group logistics and governance.

There is a new dedicated link just for our Town Hall meetings:

Town Halls is intended for our regular attendees (honestly, anyone with 3+ sessions under their belt qualifies in my book).

The meeting will be recorded for my personal notes (don’t worry, it won’t be released publicly) so that I have an anonymized summary of the discussions and decisions. For the integrity of voting on Proposals, we ask that attendees use their first name and last initial and be identifiable via camera or an audio check-in.

The general overview for our Town Hall Meetings will be to discuss/examine/explore:

• Explore possible solutions for recording/summarizing the regular discussion topic meetings while maintaining anonymity
• Review current donations total and discuss how resources can be allocated
• What’s working/not working well and how we can improve it
• Longer-term plans and ambitions
• Open up the floor for feedback/questions from other community members
