2nd “Town Hall” Meeting for You, Me, & OCPD

Hello All!

It’s well past time that we had another All Hands Town Hall Meeting to discuss how things are going for our online group!

This event is open to our more regular attendees (honestly, anyone with 3+ sessions under their belt qualifies in my book). It will be recorded for my personal notes (don’t worry, this won’t be released publically) so that I can then share an anonymized summary of the meeting and whatever decisions we might come to.

The general overview for this Town Hall Meeting will be to discuss:

• What’s working/not working well and how we can improve it
• Revise and approve the existing Group Guidelines
• Examine/explore long-term plans and ambitions
• Open up the floor for feedback/questions from other community members
• Enlist help/body doubling for Cale’s backlog of tasks/emails
