“Town Hall” Meeting for You, Me, & OCPD #3

Hello All!

With Town Hall #3 on the calendar, I’m trying my best to establish a more frequent schedule for our meetings so that they can function more like periodic maintenance vs long overdue catch-up sessions.

This event is open to our more regular attendees (honestly, anyone with 3+ sessions under their belt qualifies in my book). It will be recorded for my personal notes (don’t worry, this won’t be released publically) so that I can then share an anonymized summary of the meeting and whatever decisions we might come to.

The general overview for our Town Hall Meetings will be to discuss/examine/explore:

• What’s working/not working well and how we can improve it
• Long-term plans and ambitions
• Open up the floor for feedback/questions from other community members
• Enlist help/body doubling for Cale’s backlog of tasks/emails
