This is a support group primarily for individuals who have OCPD, whether formally or self diagnosed, who are looking for a place to share their experience, exchange perspectives and resources. This group is also open to loved ones of those with OCPD who join with the goal of better understanding what it is like to have OCPD. In order to foster a culture of safety for those with OCPD, non-OCPD members are encouraged to limit their interactions to positive and curious inquiry.

OCPD is a personality disorder characterized by rigid adherence to rules and regulations, an overwhelming need for order, unwillingness to delegate responsibilities to others, and a sense of righteousness about the way things “should be done”. Advice provided in this sub should not be substituted for medical advice from a doctor.”
